Every week there will be different speakers from The College of New Rochelle who engage the audience with thought provoking topics.

The lecture is followed by exercise of Zumba Gold and Chair Yoga in alternating weeks.

This is FREE, fun ... and open to Seniors who will be engaged by the lecture,
and strengthened by the exercise!
