Maralyn Matlick will exhibit in the Martucci Gallery at the Irvington Public Library from September 2nd to October 28. Ms. Matlick is a non-representational painter, preferring to express the essence and feeling of her subject, rather than the subject itself. She has won numerous awards for her work. She is a member of the Scarsdale Art Association and a juried artist member of the Salmagundi Club of New York. Gallery hours are: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Irvington Public Library, 12 South Astor Street, Irvington, NY 10533 914-591-7840; www.irvingtonlibrary.org/meet.htm |
