Sundays September 11, 18 and 25, weather permitting, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Bronx River Parkway closes to vehicle traffic and opens for cyclists, skaters, walkers, joggers and strollers. The route runs from the Westchester County Center in White Plains to Scarsdale Road in Yonkers.
