Art of Living Happiness Program

The Happiness Program is a beautiful combination of  breathing techniques, yoga and relaxation exercises, meditation and practical knowledge to deal with the challenges of life. It is a workshop to unleash JOY, FREEDOM and POWER within you.

The centerpiece of the program is the "Sudarshan Kriya" -  a revolutionary breathing technique that studies show is 'not only therapeutic for stress and depression, it may also benefit the immune system, improve brain function, and improve overall health'.

This program runs for 10-12 hours over 3 days (with 3-4 hours workshop on each day).
