Living Well : Self Care Program for MD's and HCP's

The Living Well Program is designed for health care professionals seeking to build a proficient practice for self care to enrich their quality of life. This retreat program provides yoga, breathing and meditation techniques to manage emotions, reduce stress, exhaustion and compassion fatigue while enhancing physical, mental and social well being.

This is a LIVE INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP for total of 20 hours. For 3 days on the course dates followed by a 2 hour session 1-2 weeks later as follow-up either LIVE or ONLINE.
