On behalf of The Art of Living Foundation, you are invited to attend the FREE Mind & Meditation Workshop!

In this 60-minute FREE interactive session, we will explore the elegant Mind Body Breath connection and how we can consciously use our breath and mindfulness to

- Manage our emotions

- Release stress and bring clarity to the mind

- Live in the present moment

- Live a healthier and happier life

This workshop will give us a clear understanding on how to reduce negative emotions - anger, regret, sadness, anxiety and fear - that eat up our energy and time putting an unnecessary burden on our efforts. This workshop is also an introduction to the Art of Living Happiness Program.

Extra Info    ABOUT THE TEACHER
John Osborne is a senior member of the faculty at the Art of Living Foundation and the International Association for Human Values and has lectured at the United Nations, the World Bank, the World Health Organization, Intel, Google, Amazon and Microsoft, and at the Harvard. He has been a speaker at Wharton Business School of University of Pennsylvia, the Anderson Business School at UCLA, and at Loyola Marymount University where he is a member of faculty.
John has been with the Art of Living foundation since 1989. He has taught meditation and mind/body practices to thousands of people around the world.
