Experience the thrill of mountain biking with enthusiastic, knowledgeable instructors from REI of New Rochelle.

Learn about proper bike fit and make any necessary adjustments to your bike, followed by a demonstration of proper riding techniques, including body and pedal position, shifting, braking, climbing, descending, and navigating minor obstacles on the trail. You'll also learn mountain biking trail etiquette  and communication skills, followed by a great trail ride. Bring your own bike; bikes will be available for those without bikes at no additional charge.

Recommended for those 14 and older; those under 18 must be accompanied by parent or responsible adult.
