Learn about types of trail cameras, how trail cameras are used for research and conservation, and how to set one up. Participants will then each be assisted with the set-up of a trail camera that will be up for a month. There’s a limit of eight people, and registration is required at (914) 864-7322; fee: $10 per person; ages 12 and up. Also on Nov. 13. Each participant must be able to attend both sessions. Come back and see what your trail cameras caught. Enjoy looking through the photos you captured and learn how they translate into helpful data for wildlife biologists.

Location     Trailside Nature Museum at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, Routes 35 and 121 South, Cross River: (914) 864-7322
