Through hands-on fieldwork, meeting animals and plants in the fields and greenhouses, and examining the farm infrastructure, we’ll get up close and personal with how Hilltop focuses on sustainable and regenerative growing and food production cycles. As usual, we’ll put our energy to work in the soil, all through the lens of sustainability and stewardship. Our programs are designed to supplement science and environmental education standards, and students will discover these concepts for themselves as we explore spring at Hilltop Hanover.
