The Freedom From Smoking® program is an initiative developed by the American Lung Association. It is brought to you by a collaboration with City of Restoration Ministries, Inc., and the Westchester County Department of Health.

Quitting smoking isn’t easy, but with our program, it becomes much more manageable. By enrolling in this program, you will gain access to a comprehensive plan of action that prepares you for your quit day and offers continuous support to help you remain tobacco-free for life.

Sessions will take place on Mondays from 10am-12pm OR 7pm-9pm.
