Common Ground is a community conversation where participants can express their viewpoints and listen to different perspectives in a civic environment. The YWCA's Courageous Conversations, the White Plains Public Library, and the White Plains League of Women Voters are collaborating to continue the Common Ground Conversations we started last year. Continuing on the theme of courageous conversations, YWCA has also partnered with the White Plains Public Library for the Reading to End Racism book club. For this book club conversation, we will be reading and discussing Edwidge Danticat's book /Everything Inside/. |
