The PCRB Film Club

The film chosen for the virtual session via Zoom is The Farewell (2019), written and directed by Lulu Wang:

"Billi's family returns to China under the guise of a fake wedding to stealthily say goodbye to their beloved matriarch -- the only person that doesn't know she only has a few weeks to live."

Please watch the film on your own before the session. A limited number of copies will be available at the library starting May 10th. Check HOOPLA and KANOPY to see if the film to be discussed is also available for streaming on your devices.
