An exhibit of 35 posters of artwork representing the 35-year history of Comité Noviembre an esteemed organization promoting Puerto Rican culture in New York City and the tri-state area. Each poster showcases the original artwork of Puerto Rican artists. This exhibit is made possible by the White Plains Puerto Rican Cultural Foundation, a cultural and educational organization working in cooperation with the City of White Plains, the White Plains Recreation and Parks Department, El Centro Hispano, and other community-based organizations.
