The first film in this series is “Cria Cuervos” directed by Carlos Saura and starring Geraldine Chaplin and Ana Torrent.
Carlos Saura’s masterpiece heralded a turning point in Spain. Shot, while General Franco was on his deathbed, the film paints a haunting portrait of the legacy of Fascism and its effects on a middle-class family.
This film is 109 minutes in length. All films in this series have English subtitles.
