“Through the Decades: Picturing 50 years in Westchester” is a unique crowd-sourced photography exhibition reliving pivotal moments in Westchester County’s history. Seen through the eyes of the people who experienced them: Westchester’s very own residents, “Through the Decades” provide a platform for area photographers to share their experiences of the county’s milestones moments.
