For Asian American Pacific Islander Month, we will show the documentary "And Then They Came For Us," about the forced incarceration of Japanese Americans following the bombing of Pearl Harbor. And as guest speaker we will have Takeshi “Tak” Furumoto, who lived in a Japanese internment camp in California and after the war moved to Hiroshima, where he saw the effects of the atom bomb. |
