Join Librarian BARBARA WENGLIN as we launch our Fall 2023 Short Story Series using the rich anthology, /New York Stories/, ed. by Diana Secker Tesdell (Everyman's Pocket Classics, c2011), featuring works by acclaimed authors providing a vibrant vision of "the city that never sleeps." A copy of the book is held at the Hub/Reference Desk for reading in the Library, with circulating copies available through the catalog. For this session please read "New York Nite Club" by Jack Kerouac (p.9) and "The Making of a New Yorker" by O. Henry (p.15).
