Community Housing Innovations, Inc. First Time Homebuyer Orientation is an introductory session on Homeownership. The presentation will cover fair housing laws, CHI’s grant program and application process. A mortgage banker will explain the components of a mortgage and the mortgage pre-approval process. A realtor will provide information and tips on how to be successful in your search for a home. Orientation attendance prior to submitting an application is required.
