A ceremony commemorating the 100^th anniversary of the death and burial at St. Paul’s of Trooper Theodore A. Dobbs of the New York State Police.  Trooper Dobbs, who was killed while on patrol in Queens, was one of the first State Police officers to die in the line of duty.
