Come celebrate New York's Maple Weekend at Hilltop Hanover Farm and Environmental Center! We are partnering up with White Oak Farm (the closest sugar house to New York City) to provide you with an exciting and unique experience. 

Join us at our farm, which over looks the Croton watershed and Manhattan skyline, for a pancake breakfast. Then make your way to White Oak Farm, just one mile down the road, for a tour of their beautiful sugar house!

Advanced registration will be required so get your ticket while you can! There will be three seating's each Saturday and Sunday of Maple Weekend.
