The Lewisboro Library’s Nightclub Concert Series continues with a folk concert featuring Lynne Robyn Barasch. A singer-songwriter whose music has been featured in television, film, and dozens of recordings, she has also played in numerous New York City venues including the Bitter End and Symphony Space. Her debut album, Red Bird in Snow, was produced by guitarist Jon Herington (Steely Dan). The band features musical director Kinny Landrum (Twin Peaks) on keyboards, Seth Glassman on bass, Paul Malta on guitar, Jordan Jancz on cello, and special guest Broadway performer Nicholas Barasch on vocals (West Side Story, She Loves Me, Big River). They will be playing original folk-pop tunes and some fabulous covers of songs by Joni Mitchell, Norah Jones, Bonnie Raitt and James Taylor.
The concert begins at 8:00 pm; doors open at 7:30. Reserved seats are $60/person for table seating and $30/person for general seating. Wine, beer and dessrt are included. Seats must be resvred in advance at the Library or online at http://www.lewisborolibrary.org/adult.htm
