Children in grades 4-6 are welcome to dabble in different forms of writing, draw and cartoon, and enjoy snacks as well. This four-week series will cover diary writing, poetry, zine and genre writing. Are you more of a Naomi Shihab Nye or a Shel Silverstein type of poet? Come find out as we read through a bunch of different poets as inspiration for your own poems! Tickets will be given out a half hour before each program in this series.
