The Symphony of Westchester All-Romantic Concert |

Cellist Inbal Segev will open the Symphony of Westchester’s 22nd concert season at Iona College on Sat., Nov. 10, 2018, performing Edward Elgar’s Cello Concerto op. 85, in E Minor.
The 8:00 p.m. program also includes Antonin Dvorak’s Symphony no. 9, op. 95 in E minor (from the New World). Segev has performed as a soloist with orchestras internationally, making debuts with the Berlin and Israel Philharmonics, led by Zubin Mehta. She has recorded both as a soloist and with the Amerigo Trio, of which she is a founding member. The Symphony’s concert season will continue with performances on Dec. 16 and on Feb. 3 and April 27, 2019. All concerts are at Iona’s Christopher J. Murphy Auditorium, 715 North Ave., New Rochelle. Ticket prices are $50 general admission, $35 seniors (65+) and $15 students with ID.
