Caregivers of children ages 2-4 are invited to learn from a local pediatrician about Obesity Prevention through nutrition and activity. This program will review basic nutrition guidelines for young children with emphasis on obesity prevention. Discussion will include strategies to maximize nutrient content in familiar foods. Presentation will include time for Q&A. Handouts will include recipes discussed during the presentation. Presenter: ANNE R.
