Richard E. Grayson is in private practice in White Plains counseling att orneys with ethical problems, defending att orneys who are being investigated or prosecuted, representing law school graduates and assisting bar applicants who are under consideration by the Character and Fitness Committ ees, and represents judges before the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association Committ ee on Professional Discipline and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (the national organization of ethics counsel).
