Are you taking an estrogen blocker, such as Tamoxifen, Evista (Raloxifene) or Fareston (Toremifene)? Has your doctor prescribed an aromatase inhibitor such as Arimidex (Anastrozole), Aromasin (Exemestane), or Femara (Letrozole)? Despite proven medical benefits, are you experiencing side effects that undermine your confidence and quality of life? You are not alone. This program provides an opportunity to share your opinions, thoughts and experiences with others who know how it feels. It is not an educational forum; there will be no medical professional speaking about the science, benefits or protocols. It is an open discussion, a chance to share coping tips, information and support with other women as you navigate the challenges related to these drugs. |
