Sunday, January 6, noon-2:00pm. Film: Lucien Aigner: A Life With The Camera.

Lucien Aigner: A Life With The Camera. Lucien Aigner was one of the first photographers to use the revolutionary 35mm camera in the 1930s. His photographs carry the audience back to a time when eccentric celebrities and great political figures, (Hitler, Mussolini, etc.), shook and shaped the world.  The audience is brought to the streets of Paris, the playing children, couples in love, people caught unaware by Aigner's roving eye and captured by his camera.  Aigner recalls the events, some painful, some happy, that brought him to Great Barrington, Massachusetts, and eventually to return to his love of photography at the age of 82.
