Join Laurence Magro for an introduction to Mindfulness and how this practice may positively impact all aspects of
your life. Magro, MBA, MS, is a licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in mindfulness-based
therapies and integrative approaches. She draws on eastern contemplative traditions and recent western
advances in mind/body research. Magro holds a Teacher Certification in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress
Reduction) from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and is the founder and director of Mindful
