Dealing With Difficult People

Tuesday, April 02, 2019  10:00am  11:30am

Some people are difficult on a regular basis and annoy, hurt, or confuse most of the people they come in contact with. Others can be difficult in very specific
situations, and we all have the potential to be difficult at times. In this session, we will attempt to understand the difficult people and situations in our lives and determine effective ways to respond to them. The presenter, Dr. Mimi Leibman, was President of the Staff Development Institute. Previously she was the Assistant Director of Professional Development for the Yonkers Public Schools and the Co-Director of the Human Relations Institute of White Plains. Dr. Leibman received her B.A. from Brooklyn College and her
Ph.D. in psychology from the The City University of New York. This event is free but space is limited. Register today!
