The Health & Wellness series presents “Himalayan Singing Bowls & Aromatherapy Presentation.” Spend an hour in relaxation
with the healing modalities of meditation, aromatherapy and singing bowls. Be transformed, be energized, be blissful, be free to
just be! Presented by Beverly “Aminata” Spencer, who holds a BA in Music from Yale University and a Professional Certificate
from The Dance Theater of Harlem. She is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Educator, Artist, and Vegan.
