We encourage visitors to bring their World War II memorabilia -- uniforms, posters, ration cards, medals, military records, pamphlets -- to this presentation exploring America and World War II. Those items will form the basis of a discussion about the experience of Americans in the war, led by Michael Callahan, a Park Ranger at St. Paul's and a Captain (ret.), United States Army. The program also helps to illuminate themes in the site's current feature exhibition, "A Special Role: St. Paul's Church and World War II". |
