Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center-"Resistance": A Live Discussion with Jesse Eisenberg and Jonathan & Claudine Jakubowicz

Monday, August 03, 2020  07:00pm  09:00pm

Please join the Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center for a Live Discussion with actor Jesse Eisenberg and directors Jonathan & Claudine Jakubowicz for a presentation and question and answer about the film, Resistance.

Resistance is based on a true story of mime Marcel Marceau’s work with the French Resistance to save tens of thousands of orphans during the Holocaust. Long before he rose to international fame as a mime, Marcel Marceau put his fledgling career as an artist on hold to spirit Jewish refugee children out of Nazi-occupied France, even as his own father was murdered at Auschwitz.

This discussion will take place on August 3 at 7 p.m. from the safety and comfort of your own home.
