You are not alone in any of this. Many find themselves with questions regarding long-term survivorship follow up. Join this open discussion to talk openly with others who are facing the same types of challenges. 

This is not an educational program; it is a discussion group facilitated by a Support Connection Peer Counselor. Open Discussion groups are an opportunity to connect with others who have similar concerns, to share information, resources, and coping strategies.
