The PCRB Film Club

The film chosen for the virtual session via Zoom is Philadelphia (1993), written and directed by Jonathan Demme.

When a man with HIV is fired by his law firm because of his condition, he hires a homophobic small time lawyer as the only willing advocate for a wrongful dismissal suit. 

Please watch the film on your own before the session. A limited number of copies will be available at the library starting July 6th. The film is also available for streaming on AMAZON PRIME and HULU.
