Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center and Iona College Annual Kristallnacht Commemoration: Holocaust Memory and Racial Healing with Susan Neiman

Please join the Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center and Iona College on Sunday, November 14, at 1:30 p.m. from the safety and comfort of your home to listen to Susan Neiman discuss Holocaust Memory and Racial Healing. 

Susan Neiman was born in Atlanta, Georgia and now lives in Germany.  She is the director of the Einstein Forum in Potsdam and a former professor of Philosophy at Yale and Tel Aviv Universities. She is a moral philosopher, cultural commentator, and essayist.  She has written extensively on the juncture between Enlightment, oral philosophy, metaphysics, and politics for both academic audiences and the general public.  She is the author of Learning from The Germans: Race and the Memory of Evil. 

This program is free and open to the public.
