It's fun to play card games with like minded people! The best way to gain proficiency with Canasta is to play it more & more often!

Canasta combines elements of Bridge and Rummy. A fast paced and dynamic game canasta is easy to learn, especially for players of these games. Canasta uses two full decks of cards (including the jokers) and combines partnership play with point-scoring (jokers are worth the most points). The object of the game is to score points by making as many melds as possible, especially canasta where concentration is the key.

No supplies or materials are needed.  Just bring your sense of fun and  concentration skill.
