In this introductory computer science course, you will learn how to think like a programmer and how to use Python.  You will learn the basic concepts such as variables, functions, arithmetic operations, conditional statements, datatypes, and input/output, while also learning effective ways of writing readable, efficient code.  For each topic, you will have the opportunity to solve problems and make your own programs.  This introductory program is intended for computer science beginners, so no prior experience is needed.
