This weekly mindfulness series has two alternating formats:  The Meditation format relaxes the mind and body. The In Daily Life format looks at practical ways to reduce stress, improve health, overcome fear and anxiety.  The class also covers tips on how to problem solve and use techniques.  This class is open to all.
