The final film in this series, “Selma,”  starring David Oyelowo and
Carmen Ejogo, and directed by Ava DuVernay, chronicles Martin Luther King Jr.’s campaign to secure equal voting rights via an epic march from Selma to Montgomery, Alabama in 1965. 

The film won an Oscar for Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures, Original Song for “Glory,” written and performed by Common and John Legend. 

"Selma" is 128 minutes in length and is rated PG-13.
