Join Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino in commemorating the 15th Anniversary of 9/11 at the Rising Memorial at Kensico Dam Plaza, Valhalla. The Program will include the laying of a wreath, performances by county residents and reading the names of the 111 Westchester County residents and 12 former residents who lost thier lives on that fateful day. The ceremony begins at 7 p.m. on Sunday, 9/11.
