Teens will learn how to create a video animation using the software program called Synfig Studio. The video will focus on safe driving behind the wheel and be featured on the White Plains YouTube channel, as well as affiliated Allstate services. Funding was generously provided by the Allstate Foundation.  Equipment is provided; registration is required.
