At 2 PM, marking the centennial of American entry into World War I, Professor Michael S. Neiberg, Chair of War Studies, Department of National Security and Strategy at the Army War College, explores the American experience in the War to End All Wars.  An authority on the history of the era of the two world wars, Dr. Neiberg’s publications include “Fighting the Great War: A Global History” (2006), “Dance of the Furies: Europe and the Outbreak of World War I” (2011) and “The Blood of Free Men: The Liberation of Paris, 1944” (2012).  Professor Neiberg’s talk marks the 13th annual Aronson Memorial Lecture, named for a devoted volunteer at St. Paul’s in the 1980s and 1990s.
