Attention veterans, service members – and their families: It's time to sign up for Westchester County's annual Veterans Appreciation Day and Memorial Day Tribute at Playland, Sunday, May 28, 2017.

All Westchester veterans are required to pre-register for this event. Proof of service such as DD-214, VA Healthcare ID or current military ID, and proof of Westchester County residency is required.

To submit the form, download and complete the form and either mail with the required documentation to Westchester Veterans Agency, 112 E. Post road, Ste. 442, White Plains, NY 10601; or, register in person with documentation between May 8 - 12 or May 15 - 19 duing office hours, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., at one of the agency locations below:

• Westchester: 112 E. Post Road, White Plains
• Mount Vernon: 1 Roosevelt Square
• Yonkers: 120 New Main St.
