Dear Members and Friends of CHADD,

 
We regret to inform you that CHADD of Putnam & Vicinity no longer has a home.

Four Winds Hospital generously provided us a beautiful meeting place for over 25 years.

Now we need a new location or will be forced to close at the end of December. 

Even if you have not been to a meeting lately, please take a moment to give back.

If you have any connections or an idea for a safe, economical, monthly, 2 hour/evening, meeting location (ideally) in mid-Westchester, for up to about 20 people.

A $5.00 Donation is requested of nonmembers.
This can be applied toward membership the same evening.
 
CHADD (Children and Adults With Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) is a national non-profit, parent-based organization that offers support and information on AD/HD.
 
FOUR WINDS HOSPITAL is located on Route 35 between Katonah and Cross River, 3 1/2 miles East from I-684 Exit 6 (Rt 35 -- KATONAH / CROSS RIVER).
Entrance is on left opposite Old Shop Road.
Top of hill, park and follow yellow CHADD signs to Dining Hall.
Parking is free.
